Powered by patent-pending XDF (Transdermal Flavosomes), a pharmaceutical-grade delivery system designed to bring bioactive flavonoids directly into skin rather than leaving them on the surface.
- 75% delivery efficiency: Franz Cell studies confirm 75% of applied flavonoids reach viable skin layers
- Up to 400× greater penetration than conventional formulations: Independent flux measurements vs. published literature baseline
In stressed human dermal fibroblast studies, XDF-delivered flavonoids demonstrated significant reductions in key markers associated with visible skin inflammation:
- 88% reduction in IL-6
- 99% reduction in IL-8
- 91% reduction in TNF-α
- Complete normalization of reactive oxygenated species (ROS) and C-Reactive Protein (CRP) to baseline levels
These markers are associated with visible redness, irritation, and disruption of the skin barrier. Results are from in vitro studies in stressed human dermal fibroblasts and are not intended to imply clinical efficacy.
In an independent consumer perception study, participants using MARK Lip Health products reported:
- Visibly superior results compared to other lip care products used previously
- Improved visible comfort and reduced visible irritation
- High satisfaction with speed of visible improvement
Apply throughout the day as needed. Use after Lip Rescue Serum during periods of visible lip irritation or tingling, or alone for daily maintenance.

Lip Health Balm
I'm using the balm now twice a day (along with the serum, once) to try to stave off winter- and stress-related cold sores. SO far I'm very happy with it. The very tiniest drop possible is plenty each time to cover my lips. I use a heavier lip balm stick for going outside, but this is terrific. Very pleased.
The Lip Health Balm from Mark Los Angeles is that rare lip product that actually works. Lightweight, deeply hydrating, and not greasy. My lips feel better, not just coated. Instant staple. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
Aside from cold sore prevention, I feel like this is strengthening the skin on my previously chapped, splitting lips. After just a few nights of use I am waking up with fuller-looking, more hydrated pink lips. Maybe the circulation to my lips has increased too since they are a pretty shade of red pink instead of super pale like usual.
This is the most luxurious product you will ever put on your lips. It feels so smooth and creamy and delicious. I wear it to keep my lips moist and to prevent cold sores. It is by far the best lip balm I’ve ever bought and I love that it has healthy ingredients so that when it’s absorbed into my body, it’s good for me.
Been using the lip balm as a preventative and have not gotten a cold sore since. Not even after a day on the water when my face got hit with salt water, wind and sun. This in combination with the serum has saved me a few cold sore outbreaks already and I’m grateful.
